Every Decoration Method, One Limerick Factory

Most vest printers in Ireland offer one decoration method. We run four, all under one roof on Dock Road in Limerick. That matters because vests are not all the same job. A 500 unit site order suits screen print. A 10 unit management pack looks far better embroidered. Full colour logos with gradients need DTF.

Because nothing is outsourced, your artwork is approved, produced and dispatched from the same building. And every certified vest we decorate stays compliant. Our team knows the EN ISO 20471 rules on print coverage, so your vests pass a safety audit as well as a brand check.

Event Crew and Executive Vests

The Vest Irish Event Security and Medic Teams Wear

Every event security firm in Ireland works in the same garment: the zipped executive vest, with pockets for radios and access cards and a shape that survives a twelve hour shift.

Event paramedics wear the same style in green. We stock both Yoko and the equivalent Supertouch executive vest at a lower price, and decorate either in house with your logo embroidered or printed, SECURITY, MEDIC or STEWARD across the back, from just 10 units.

Printed Hi Vis Vest Questions, Answered

Printed hi vis vests start at €2.99 per vest in our 100 pack (€299), €3.60 per vest in the 50 pack (€180), and €6.50 per vest in the 10 pack (€65), with plain certified vests from €2.50.

These packs include a one colour print on the back. For quantities above 100, mixed of full colour prints just send us the artwork and we quote within one working day.

There is no minimum order.

You can order a single customised vest through our online shop, though our printed packs of 10, 50 and 100 give the best value per vest.

Embroidered executive vests start from 10 units.

Blank stock usually dispatches within 5 working days, and custom decorated orders within 12.

If you are working to a tight site deadline, tell us the date and we will be straight with you about what is achievable.

For B2B clients we can set up SLAs and hold decorated stock in Limerick for release as your sites need it.

Yes, as long as the print does not cover too much of the fluorescent background material or any reflective tape.

Our standard vests are certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2 (Class 1 in size Small).

Screen print or DTF for standard hi vis waistcoats, which are too light for embroidery to sit well.

Embroidery comes into its own on heavier garments: executive vests, jackets, hoodies and polo shirts, where a stitched logo gives a premium finish that outlasts hundreds of washes.

We run all four methods in house and advise per job.

Yes. For larger accounts we hold decorated stock in Limerick and release it as your sites need it, with consolidated monthly invoicing.

An executive hi vis vest is a tailored, zip front vest with pockets, often with black trim and an ID pocket. It is the standard vest for event security firms across Ireland, and event paramedics and medics wear the same style in green.

Site management and visiting directors wear them for the same reason: they hold their shape over a jacket and look professional for a twelve hour shift. We supply executive vests in Yoko and Supertouch, decorated with an embroidered or printed logo from just 10 units.

On most sites and events, vest colour corresponds to role, for example green for paramedics and first aiders.

SECURITY in large high contrast lettering across the back, with your company logo on the chest, is the standard layout for security teams in Ireland. Event security firms typically wear zipped executive style vests with pockets for radios and access cards.

We supply both Yoko executive vests and the equivalent Supertouch style at a lower price, printed or embroidered in house. Note that vest printing identifies the role only; anyone working as a security guard in Ireland must hold the appropriate PSA licence, which is separate from the workwear.

Event medics and paramedics wear green executive vests printed MEDIC or PARAMEDIC, which we supply and print alongside the steward run so the whole event team arrives in one box.

Any file you have. Send a JPEG, PNG, PDF or even a photo of your old vest, and our studio prepares the artwork free of charge. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the sharpest result if you have them.

You approve a visual proof before anything is produced, so there are no surprises when the box arrives.

Yes. B2B accounts get trade pricing, agreed SLAs, and the option of call off stock: we decorate your vests in advance, hold them at our Limerick factory, and release them as your sites need them, with consolidated monthly invoicing.

We have supplied Irish industry this way since 1994.

Far more than construction.

In Ireland we print vests for logistics and warehousing crews, ports and airports, pharma and manufacturing plants, farmers and agri contractors, waste and recycling operators, utilities and telecoms crews, delivery drivers, event and festival teams, schools on trips and walking buses, GAA and athletics clubs, charity fundraisers and community groups.

Any role where someone needs to be seen, or identified in a crowd, ends up in a printed vest. If your sector has specific rules, such as rail work requiring orange, we will flag it when you order.

Yes, repeat orders are the easiest thing we do.

We keep your approved artwork, print positions and sizes on file, so a reorder is one phone call or email: tell us the quantity and we go straight to production with no new setup, no new proof needed unless you want changes.

Repeat decorated orders typically ship faster than first orders. For companies reordering regularly, we can hold decorated stock in Limerick and release it as you need it, so vests for new starters arrive in days, not weeks.
