Helly Hansen Workwear

Helly Hansen has been making clothing for people who work in hard weather since 1877. Its workwear range brings that Norwegian heritage to the site, the yard and the depot: proper waterproofing, hard wearing fabrics and hi vis certified to EN ISO 20471. We stock the range at HiVisWorkwear.ie and brand it in house at our Limerick factory, where we have been decorating workwear since 1994.

Hi vis built for Irish weather

The Alna 2.0 range is Helly Hansen’s premium hi vis. It covers waterproof shell jackets in Helly Tech fabric with fully taped seams, rain gear, softshells, insulated winter jackets, a parka, bib trousers and full suits. Most jackets reach EN ISO 20471 class 3, with EN 343 class 3 or 4 rain protection, and the hoods fit over a helmet. The Alna 4X trousers add four way stretch for crews who are kneeling and climbing all day.

The UC-ME range is the everyday hi vis workhorse, with shell, softshell, fleece, insulator and winter jackets, a winter suit, work trousers, cargo trousers and shorts. Orange styles in both ranges also meet RIS-3279-TOM for rail work.

Workwear for the office, the van and the site

Not every role needs hi vis. The Manchester 2.0 range gives you shell jackets, softshells, fleeces, insulated winter jackets, zip in vests and waterproof trousers in a clean, professional look. The Classic 2.0 range covers t shirts, long sleeve tops, polos, sweatshirts and hoodies in organic cotton and recycled polyester, plus caps and beanies to finish the kit.

Men’s and women’s fits

Most of the range comes in both men’s and women’s options. The women’s Alna 2.0 hi vis jackets are designed and tested by women with a true female fit, and there is a maternity extension so staff can keep wearing their own jacket through pregnancy. Women’s Manchester 2.0 and Classic 2.0 mean your whole team can wear the same uniform, properly cut.

Branded in our own factory in Limerick

Every Helly Hansen garment we supply can be decorated in house with embroidery, screen printing or digital printing. We match the method to the garment, so waterproof shells stay waterproof and hi vis stays compliant, and you deal with one supplier rather than a distributor and a decorator.

We regularly handle large company roll outs: hundreds of staff, multiple sites, sized and packed per person or per depot. Your artwork stays on file, so repeat and new starter orders match the original year after year.

We are based on Dock Road in Limerick and supply businesses across Munster, the rest of Ireland and Europe. Local customers are welcome to call in to see samples and talk through branding. Nationwide and European orders are delivered direct to your sites. All prices shown are plus VAT.
