Hi-Vis Work Jackets & Bodywarmers

Every winter on an Irish site comes down to one thing — kit that keeps the crew warm, visible and working. Our range of hi-vis work jackets and bodywarmers is built for the conditions that hit from October through March: rain, wind, dark mornings and long shifts.

Class 3 warm jackets — the Portwest PW3 and DX4 ranges — are our flagship coats for road, rail and construction. Waterproof, insulated to EN342 (some rated down to -40°C), with taped seams, multiple pockets and contemporary fits that actually work over a hoodie.

Class 2 jackets suit crews who need visibility without full Class 3 compliance — civils, groundskeeping, yard work. The DX4 Class 2 warm jacket pairs premium stretch fabric with serious thermal insulation.

Women’s hi-vis jackets like the Portwest PW3 women’s warm jacket are properly cut for a female fit — not a men’s jacket with a smaller size tag.

Bodywarmers and gilets fill the gap between a fleece and a full jacket. The PW3 reversible even flips between hi-vis and black so one garment covers site and off-site.

Every jacket in this range can be printed or embroidered in-house — same workshop, same team, fast turnaround. No third-party delays, same-day proofs, smaller minimums than most suppliers will touch. Bulk orders for councils, contractors and crews across Ireland.
