A stitched logo has depth, it outlasts the garment, and it does not crack, fade or peel through hundreds of washes. We have been embroidering workwear on the Dock Road since 1994, and every stitch still runs on our own machines.

Every embroidered garment we sell is digitised, stitched, trimmed and packed by our own team at 7 Ashbourne Business Park on the Dock Road. That is not a marketing line, it is the reason we can give you a firm turnaround and stand over the finish.
No waiting on a third party’s schedule. Your job goes on our machines when we say it will, and five working days means five working days.
The person who digitises your logo is on the same floor as the person who stitches it and the person who checks it. Problems get caught before dispatch, not after.

Why embroideryThe finish most Irish uniforms are built on
Thread is the most durable decoration you can put on a garment. It is stitched through the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so it survives industrial laundering, site wear and years of washing without any change in appearance. It also carries a weight that print does not. A left chest embroidered crest on a polo or a softshell reads as an established company, which is exactly why it is the default for corporate uniforms, engineering firms, trades and hospitality.
Embroidery suits logos with clean shapes and solid colour. Fine gradients, photographic detail and very small text are better served by digital printing, and we will tell you which method your artwork needs before we quote.

Embroidered polo shirts
The workhorse of Irish uniforms. Piqué cotton and poly cotton polos take a left chest logo cleanly, and we can add a name or job title on the opposite side or the sleeve.
Embroidered softshell jackets
Softshell is the garment that shows embroidery off best. The dense outer fabric holds stitch detail, and a chest logo with a large back embroidery is the standard site manager and supervisor spec.
Embroidered shirts
For front of house, sales teams and office staff. Oxford and poplin shirts take a small left chest crest or a cuff mark, in men’s and ladies’ fits.
Embroidered hi vis
Hi vis polos, jackets and softshells embroider well on the solid colour panels. Logo size on certified garments is limited, because covering too much of the fluorescent background or the reflective tape can affect the EN ISO 20471 class. We keep every crest within the allowed area and will flag it if a design needs to be smaller.

What is the minimum order for embroidered workwear?
We embroider from ten garments. There is no large minimum, and pricing steps down as quantity rises.
Is there a digitising or setup fee?
Your logo is digitised once and the stitch file is kept on record, so every reorder runs without a new setup. Ask us for the current digitising cost when you request a quote.
How long does embroidered workwear take?
Standard dispatch is five working days after you approve the proof. Shorter turnaround is often possible on smaller runs, so tell us your deadline.
Can you embroider names or job titles?
Yes. Individual names, job titles or site references are added per garment, usually on the right chest or sleeve.
Does embroidery affect hi vis certification?
It can if a logo covers too much of the fluorescent or reflective area. We size every crest to stay within the limits for the garment’s EN ISO 20471 class.
Do you outsource any of the embroidery?
No. Digitising, stitching, trimming and packing are all done by our own team in Limerick. That is why we can commit to turnaround times and stand over every garment that leaves the building.
Embroidery or print, which should I choose?
Embroidery for polos, softshells, shirts, fleeces and caps where durability and a professional finish matter. Screen print or digital printing for large back designs, fine detail, gradients or high volume t shirts. Many uniforms use both.
