Sir Safety

SIR Safety System has been manufacturing workwear and personal protective equipment in Italy since 1979. The range spans work clothing, safety footwear, and head and respiratory protection, built around a straightforward principle: protective kit only protects people if it is comfortable enough that they wear it properly for a full shift.

We brought SIR Safety into our range because it fills a real gap in the Irish market. Most Irish sites offer you either budget imports or premium Scandinavian brands at premium prices, with very little in between. SIR sits in that middle ground, with Italian manufacturing and construction quality that holds up on site, at a price that works when you are kitting out a crew rather than an individual.

Safety footwear

SIR safety footwear is certified to EN ISO 20345 and covers the full range of protection ratings, from S1 and S1P through S3, and into the newer S3S and S7S classifications introduced in the updated standard. S7S in particular is worth knowing about if your crews work in wet conditions, since it combines water resistance with puncture protection.

If you need a rating or a size we do not hold, we can order it in.

Workwear

The SIR work clothing range includes trousers, jackets, bib and brace, coveralls, bodywarmers, sweatshirts, polo shirts and t shirts. The construction is noticeably better than entry level workwear, with reinforced stress points and fabrics that survive repeated industrial washing, which matters if you are managing a uniform programme rather than replacing garments every few months.

Branded in our own factory in Limerick

Every SIR Safety garment we supply can be decorated in house. We handle embroidery, screen print, DTF and heat transfer digital print on site at our Dock Road factory, so your logo goes on before the kit ships and you deal with one supplier rather than a distributor and a decorator.

We have been decorating garments in Limerick since 1994. For crews of any size we can hold your artwork on file, run repeat orders on demand, and set up a managed reorder process so site managers are not chasing replacements.
