Made in Limerick

Everything in house. Nothing outsourced.

Every screen we burn, every colour we mix and every shirt we print happens at 7 Ashbourne Business Park on the Dock Road. Most suppliers quoting a large organisation for an event run are brokering the job out to a print house and adding a margin on top. We are the print house.

That matters most when the order is large and the date is fixed. If a run of eight hundred shirts has to be finished for a Friday, we are the ones who decide when it goes on the press.

Colour matching is done in our own mixing area, so the blue on your shirts is the blue in your brand guidelines and not the closest thing a third party had open on the day.

Our presses, our schedule

Your run is booked on our machines, not queued behind another company’s customers.

Colour mixed on site

Pantone references matched by hand before the first shirt is pulled.

Checked as it prints

Print, cure, check, count. Problems get caught on the press, not in the box.

One point of contact

From artwork approval to the pallet going out the door, you deal with the people doing the work.

Why screen printing

The method built for volume

Screen printing works by pushing ink through a mesh screen, one screen per colour. There is setup work at the front of the job, and once the screens are made the run itself moves quickly. That is why it has been the standard for corporate and event t shirts for decades.

Digital printing is the right choice for small runs and photographic artwork. Screen printing is the right choice from around 100 shirts upwards, and the price per shirt keeps improving as the quantity rises.

The finish is different too. Screen ink sits thick and opaque, so a solid brand colour is genuinely solid, and a bright print on a black shirt stays bright. It survives commercial washing and years of wear.

Not sure which you need? Send us the artwork and the quantity and we will tell you straight. Sometimes the answer is both, a screen printed front and a digitally printed back. Read our guide to choosing between screen print and digital print for a company t shirt order.

Send us your artwork, quantities and requirements

Screen printing is quoted job by job, because the colour count, the garment and the volume all move the number. The fastest way to a real price is to send the brief rather than ask for a rate card.

Give us those four things and we will come back with a firm quote, the colour separation, and an honest answer on whether your date is achievable. If digital printing would serve you better, we will say so.

Worth knowing before you plan around it: a first order with fresh artwork takes two to three weeks, because the artwork has to be created, separated and approved before any screens are made. Once we have run your design, repeats of the same job turn around in five to ten working days.

Those are our standard turnaround times. If you are up against a date, tell us anyway. We can often move faster where the artwork is already print ready, and because the presses are ours we can prioritise a job rather than ask a third party to.

  • Your artworkVector is ideal. A high resolution logo file is enough to start.
  • QuantitiesTotal units, and the size split if you have it.
  • The garmentT shirt, hoodie, polo, or tell us the look you are after.
  • Your requirementsPrint positions, brand colour references, the date it has to land, and where it is going.

Corporate and large scale work

Built for organisations ordering in volume

A large share of our screen print work is not workwear at all. It is the run of branded shirts a company needs for one weekend, one campaign or one nationwide rollout, and it has to look right on every single person wearing it.

Corporate events and family days

Staff t shirts for company sports days, summer events and anniversary celebrations. Boxed by size and ready to hand out at the door.

Conferences and exhibitions

Stand teams, delegate giveaways and speaker crews. Your brand colour reproduced exactly rather than approximately.

Charity and CSR days

Volunteer, marshal and participant shirts in one order, printed in different colours off the same design so roles are obvious on the day.

Festivals and large events

Crew and steward shirts in high volume with sponsor logos on the back, across multiple days and multiple teams.

Staff onboarding and internal campaigns

Welcome packs, safety campaigns and internal launches rolled out across sites, with stock held here and drawn down as you need it.

Product launches and promotions

Promotional runs where the artwork is bold, the quantity is real and the deadline is not moving.

Blanks that suit a big print

Screen printing wants cotton or high cotton blends. Smooth, stable fabric takes ink cleanly and cures properly. These are the blanks we buy in volume, so a large order does not sit waiting on a supplier.

Ring spun cotton t shirts

The default corporate event shirt. Gildan and Result heavyweight cotton in a full colour range, priced for volume, and comfortable enough that staff keep wearing them afterwards.

Technical and performance t shirts

For runs, races and anything active. TriDri and similar performance fabrics, printed with inks suited to polyester so the design does not crack when the shirt stretches.

Hoodies and sweatshirts

The higher value item in most corporate orders. A large back print on a hoodie is where screen printing earns its keep, because the size of the design does not change the price.

The process

How a run goes through

Send artwork, quantities and requirements

Your design, the numbers, the garment and the date. Vector artwork is ideal. If all you have is a logo file, send it and we will work with it.

We separate the colours and quote

The design is split into one layer per colour. That colour count drives the setup, and we show it to you clearly rather than burying it in a per shirt price.

You approve a proof

Colour references, print position and print size, confirmed before we burn a single screen.

We print, cure and check

Screens burned, ink mixed to your Pantone, first pull checked against the proof, then the run goes through and every shirt is cured and counted.

Boxed by size, delivered

Split into sizes, labelled, and delivered anywhere in Ireland. Tell us if it needs to go to several sites or be handed over on a specific day.

Ordering for a large organisation?

We run print programmes for bigger employers: agreed artwork held on file, stock held here in Limerick, phased printing as final numbers firm up, delivery split across sites, and one invoice against your purchase order. If your headcount is still moving, tell us and we will build the job around that instead of pretending it is fixed.

Good to know

Screen printing questions

What is the minimum order for screen printing?
Screen printing carries a setup cost per colour, so it becomes the better value option from around 100 shirts upwards. Below that, digital printing is usually cheaper and we will point you there instead.
How is screen printing priced?
Two parts. A one off setup per colour in the design, and then a price per shirt that steps down as the quantity rises. That setup is charged once, so reorders of the same design avoid it. Send us the artwork, the quantity and the garment, and we will show you where the price breaks fall for your job.
Can you match our exact brand colour?
Yes. Give us the Pantone reference and we mix the ink to it. If you do not have one, send whatever brand guidelines you have and we will match from those.
How many colours can you print?
Multiple colours, each with its own screen. Every extra colour adds setup, so simple bold artwork gives you the best value. If your design is photographic or has gradients, digital printing will serve it better.
How long does a screen printed order take?
It depends on whether we have run your design before. A fresh order with no artwork on file takes two to three weeks, which covers creating the artwork, separating the colours, getting your approval and making the screens. Once that is done and the design is the same, a repeat order turns around in five to ten days. Those are our standard turnaround times rather than hard limits. If you are up against a date, tell us anyway. We can often do something at short notice, particularly where the artwork is already print ready, and because the presses are ours we can prioritise a job instead of waiting on a third party. For a fixed event date we work backwards from your date and give you an honest answer on whether it is on.
Can you print the front and back?
Yes, and on the sleeves. Each print position is a separate setup, but the size of the design within a position does not change the price. A full back print costs the same to run as a small one.
Do you print on dark garments?
Yes. Dark shirts need an underbase layer of white ink so the colours sit bright on top. It is standard work for us and it is why screen printed blacks and navies hold their colour.
Do we have to confirm all sizes up front?
For most corporate work we recommend a size split based on your headcount, and we can advise from experience what that usually looks like. For larger orders we can print in phases as your final numbers come in.
Can you deliver to several sites and invoice against a purchase order?
Yes. We split deliveries across locations, label the boxes by site and by size, and invoice against your purchase order. For repeat programmes we can hold stock here and draw it down as you need it.
Can you print on garments we supply?
Yes. Send us a sample or the product code first so we can check the fabric and confirm the ink system.
Do you outsource any of it?
No. Screens, ink, printing, curing and packing all happen in our own factory in Limerick. That is why we can commit to a date for an event.
